Before there was anything or anybody, there was Goddess Neverania. She was a beautiful Goddess, who lived upon many clouds. She was all alone on the big clouds and never had anything to do or anyone to talk to. One day she decided to make a pet. So she took pieces of clouds and formed a pet dog, so she wouldn't be lonely any longer.
One day, she was playing with the dog and it bit her. She was so angry that she left the dog on the cloud, all by itself. She went to a different cloud so she could plan its punishment. She created Earth. Then she banished the dog to be stuck on Earth forever. The dog had been big, but when she banished it, it turned into a puppy.
She tried to watch the dog but could not see, so she chose a large cloud and painted it to be the sun. She watched the dog over many days and it did nothing but run and sleep. A few days later she saw that the dog was only sleeping and not doing anything. He stayed like that for many days. She realized that the dog was getting very hot, so she painted another cloud to be the moon and rotated them to keep the dog cool.
She created many more animals but they all did something to anger her. So she banished them to Earth. Some of the clouds grew so small that they wouldn't make anymore creatures, so she made the stars. The stars made the night so much brighter so she could watch over them while they slept without straining her eyes.
Then one day, Neverania looked down upon the creatures and found that they were all dead. She looked closer to see that they had died from lack of food and water. This angered Neverania, she wanted her creations to live forever. But, instead they died and made her Earth look morbid and evil.
The Earth pulled the bodies underground, as Neverania commanded, to clear it of its evil look. Neverania cried for a long time, making rain and the bodies grow into plants and trees.But soon she grew lonely,again, and made more creatures. But as they always did, they did something to anger her. So again, she began to banish them to Earth again. This time, though, she added lakes and ponds to provide water to her creatures.
She continued to make more and more creatures and always ended up banishing them to Earth. But, one day as she banished another creature she realized that the animals could not eat from the plants. So she made man.
She sent him down to Earth with the orders to make Earth beautiful and to teach the animals to eat the plants provided. He did as was told. He, with Neverania's guidance and help, made mountains and started planting. He took the seed from the plants, which were the ones that the dead creatures had become, and planted many trees and flowers. He carved caves into the mountains and taught the creatures to use what resources they could find.
But, Neverania noticed one day, that man was growing weak and couldn't do as much as he could when she had first created him. He seemed lazy and bored with what he was doing. But, her clouds were still regrowing, she could not create more men to go down to Earth to revive him. So, she took one of her larger, but one of her last, clouds. And with that cloud she created woman.
"Help man, and keep him strong and happy and when able keep the Earth prosperous by creating more men and women, and call them children. Once they get older and bigger they will be adults like you. Keep the Earth going until I am able to create more things myself." And at that Neverania sent woman down to Earth.
Woman did as she was told and made man happy and they made many children. The children were different shades, of skin color though, due to how long they worked in the sun. They continue to follow Neverania's commands. Although her clouds replenished many years ago, she would rather watch her creations create than herself create and become attached and have her heart broken.
It's never the end, for Neverania always lives and can happily create whenever she feels like it.
